Now that you're logged in, the Claim Your T-Shirt Form is available below. Simply enter your Nedbank Citi Dash entry Reference Number, NHP Membership Number along with your ID Number to claim your Nedbank Citi Dash Event T-Shirt.
Claim Your T-Shirt
Once you've submitted your Entry Reference number and ID number, your Nedbank Citi Dash T-shirt will automatically appear in your profile. You can then collect it at registration — it’s that easy!
Nedbank Citi Dash T-Shirt – Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: T-shirt claims are only available to NHP Members who have officially entered the Nedbank Citi Dash and received a valid, paid entry confirmation with an entry number.
- Valid Entries Only: Only valid and paid entries qualify for a T-shirt claim. Stale, unpaid, or incomplete entries will be discarded and will not be eligible for a T-shirt.
- One T-Shirt Per Entry: Only one T-shirt may be claimed per confirmed Nedbank Citi Dash entry. Multiple entries do not qualify for multiple T-shirts per person. Each participant must claim their T-shirt individually.
- T-Shirt Sizes: Only the most popular T-shirt sizes are available while stocks last. If your preferred size is no longer available, you may claim the next closest available size. No size exchanges will be accommodated once your order has been confirmed.
- Verification Process: All T-shirt claims are subject to a manual verification process. NHP Membership numbers and Nedbank Citi Dash entry details will be verified before claims are processed. Please allow sufficient time for verification and confirmation of your claim.
- Non-Transferable: T-shirts are linked to the participant's name, membership number, and ID number, and may not be transferred to another individual.
- Not Redeemable for Cash: The T-shirt has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- Online Profile Required: Members must register or log in to the Cycletec website to claim and view their T-shirt.
- Claim Deadline: T-shirts must be claimed by 21 August 2026. Late claims will not be accepted.
- Collection: Claimed T-shirts must be collected during Nedbank Citi Dash registration on 5 September 2026.
- Proof Required: You may be required to present a valid ID and proof of your Nedbank Citi Dash entry (e.g. confirmation email or entry reference number) when collecting your T-shirt.
- Cycletec Rights Reserved: NHP and Cycletec reserve the right to amend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
